The Pilgrim Radio Network is seeking a Chief Engineer to be based in Carson City, Nevada (close to Lake Tahoe). Pilgrim Radio is operated by Western Inspirational Broadcasters, a non-profit organization that signed its first station on the air in 1970, and currently operates three primary stations and a network of 42 FM translators in eastern California, Nevada, Wyoming, and Montana.   

The Chief Engineer supervises all engineering activity for the network, including studio, transmitter, and translator maintenance, installation, and planning.  He also dispatches a network of contract engineers to service remote sites.  Experience preparing FCC applications and operating Vernier engineering software is helpful but not required.
